The measurement of inositol polyphosphates in soil extracts by isotope dilution analysis

Fractionation of 0.3M LiOH soil extracts with added32Pmyoinositolhexaphosphate, by the anion-exchange chromatography procedures used in previous studies of soil organic phosphorus, showed that recovery of32P activity varied from 8#x2013;65 percent depending on the anion-exchange resin used.
