The first case is a 56-year-old man with a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia who believed that his internal organs were not functioning, that . his heart stopped beating, and that his heart was displaced to the right side of his chest. He was paranoid and believed that people were talking about his non-functioning organs. He said that he thought that he was going to die of a mysterious illness, and his level of functioning had been deteriorated.
