摘要

A patient with bone metastases from bronchogenic carcinoma was examined with radionuclide imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT). SPECT showed a photon-deficient lesion in L-1 surrounded by increased activity; MRI showed lesions in T-12, L-2, and L-1; and CT did not show metastases. In this case, MRI was superior to the other methods.
