Two aspects of the question should be contemplated, one being assumed by the other. First, there is the human and Christian concept of the dignity of work and its finality. By working, man is able to fulfill himself and to recover lost values. Work is a factor of expiation and salvation. Secondly, the conditions in which man is working should be taken into consideration.
