Irving, Texas-based engineering firm Fluor has signed con- tracts with Reliance Industries to help the company expand petrochemicals manufacturing at a refinery complex in India’s northwestern province of Gujarat. The added petrochemicals capacity will require increased amounts of petroleum coke. Fluor booked the contracts in the first quarter of this year, and will provide procurement and engineering services for the expansion.
