Application of holographic tomography to the reconstruction of three-dimensional temperature distributions in premixed laminar flame is experimentally and numerically investigated. In the numerical study, both the algebraic reconstruction techniques (ART) and the back-projected convolutions (CON) were used. Numerical simulations using these techniques indicated that the developed computer programs are capable of providing accurate reconstructions. Holographic interferometric experiments were also performed in the measurement of temperature distributions of premixed propane-air flame. Good agreement was found between the interferometric and thermocouple measurements if the effect of the species composition were properly taken into account. References: 11
