SummaryThe presence of Rh‐Hr antigens in human blood platelets has been investigated by the following methods: direct agglutination, adsorption of anti‐Rh sera, elution experiments, mixed erythrocyte‐thrombocyte agglutination, direct and indirect antiglobulin tests, antiglobulin consumption and adsorption of isotopically labelled anti‐Rh sera.The results of these experiments were inconclusive.RésuméLes auteurs sont éxaminé des plaquettes humaines pour la présence d'antigènes Rh par les méthodes suivantes: agglutination directe, absorption de sérums anti‐Rh, élution, agglutination mixte d'érythrocytes et de thrombocytes, tests anti‐globuline direct et indirect, test de consommation d'anti‐globuline, absorption des sérums anti‐Rh marqués aux isotopes.
