Photoelectric converters of linear displacements based on holographic gratings

This paper describes a submicrometer that uses a holographic diffraction grating as a measurement element. Such submicrometers possess high accuracy (±0.2 μm), high resolution (to 0.01 μm), multifunctional representation, and the possibility of processing measured information.
