Normal and abnormal plants from carrot root tissue cultures

Callus from carrot root explants was induced to differentiate and grow to carrot plants under the effect of added auxin and kinetin and in the absence of coconut milk. The morphological abnormalities produced with high kinetin concentration are described and discussed.
