Synthesis of Organonickel(II) Complexes Using Bis(pentafluorophenyl)Thallium(III) Halide as Oxidant

摘要

The reactions of bis (pentafluorophenyl)thallium-(III) halides with nickel (I) complexes,NiL3X (X=Cl,Br,I; L=PPh3,AsPh3) lead to the isolation of haloorgano-nickel(II) complexes,(C6F5)NiL2X, through transfer of C6F5, simultaneous precipitation of thallous halide and elimination of ligand.
