We propose am adaptive waveform control system to improve the photon-number squeezing by the nonlinear fiber spectral filtering method, and numerically show that the total photon-number variance and the intermode quantum cross correlation inside a pulse can be adaptively optimized using the Fourier pulse shaping technique and the optimization algorithm. We can determine the optimum initial waveforms for obtaining desired quantum structures only by modulating the spectral phase of input pulses.
