ENGINEERS ACCOUNTING FOR COMPLAINTS

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (ICAI) recently appointed two engineers and IEI members to its complaints committee. Deirdre Roche spoke to Sean rinlay and Michael Downes about their new roles and the progressive way in which the ICAI is dealing with its complaints. Sean Finlay and Michael Downes have branched out in recent months beyond their own fields of engineering since being appointed to the ICAI complaints committee.
