Simulation of space-charge effects in electrical tree propagation using cellular automata

摘要

The effect of space charge in electrical tree propagation is studied in this paper. Electrical tree propagation in solid dielectrics containing space-charge distribution is simulated using cellular automata (CA). An explanation of the electrical tree form is also given.
