摘要

Electrostatic phenomena at the metal/phthalocyanine Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film interface give directly effect on the device operation. In this report, we measure the surface potential of Cu-tetra-(tert-butyl)-phthalocyanine (CuttbPc) LB films deposited on various kinds of metal electrodes in dark and under photo-illumination as a function of the number of deposited layers. The space charge distribution and the distribution of electronic state at the metal/film interface are determined. Finally, the surface potential decay process is analyzed assuming a simple model.
