This five-day workshop was held in Moscow, Russia from the 6th to 10th of June 2006, and took place within the framework of a longstanding collaboration between the groups of Professor A. Khokhlov at the Physics Department of Moscow State University and Professor K. Binder at the Institute of Physics of the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz, Germany. This collaboration, and in particular this meeting, were supported by grants from the RFBR (project R06-03-04000) and the DFG (project 436 RUS 113/791). The aim of the workshop was twofold:
