Congratulations to Geoff Parrish who has recently been elected by Council as a Fellow of the Society. Geoff Parrish started his working life as an apprentice on a block release student scheme with The British Tabulating Machine Company (later to become ICL) following which he progressed into the Quality Control Department after achieving his ONC/HNC and HND in Electrical Engineering. In 1963 he joined Pye-Ling (later to become LDS) and travelled the world extensively planning, installing and servicing the largest and most complex vibration systems of the time.
