SummaryAn elution technique based on the antiglobulin consumption test is described. The optimal conditions for the elution were determined. The elution method is used to corroborate results obtained with the antiglobulin consumption test in the search for tissue autoantibodies. The method can also serve to determine the nature and properties of the eluted globulins.RésuméDescription d'une technique d'élution basée sur le test de consommation d'antiglobuline. Les conditions optimales pour l'élution ont été définies. Cette méthode aide à confirmer les résultats obtenus par le test de consommation d'antiglobuline dans la recherche des autoanticorps antitissulaires. Les éluats obtenus peuvent servir à déterminer la nature et les propriétés des globulines spécifiques qu'ils contiennent.ZusammenfassungIm Anschluß an die AHG‐Konsumptionsmethode wird ein Absprengungsversuch beschrieben. Die Bedingungen für die günstigste Absprengungsmöglichkeit wurden untersucht. Mit Hilfe dieses Absprengungsversuches wird eine Verstärkung der Resultate der AHG‐Konsumptionsrnethode beim Nachweis von Globulinsubstanzen mit Gewebs‐Autoantikörpereigenschaften erzielt.
