摘要

A theoretical method was introduced for steady state behavior of bio molecular particles under the thermal gradient. The method was Initially proposed by Meyyappan in 1987. The micro hydro dynamical changes of two spherical particles were expressed by the linear Stokes's equation and thermal equation. The boundary conditions on each surfaces of two particles included no slip condition and continuous conditions for stress acting on the two spheres in tangential and normal directions. The analytical solutions are composed of series expansion of the products of Legendre spherical function and hyperbolic functions. The coefficients of these terms were determined by the boundary conditions with the help of orthogonality. The present method will be available for evaluating the micro hydro dynamical interaction of bin molecules.
