A patient with characteristic symptoms, signs, and laboratory evidence of lymphangiomyomatosis is described. Radionuclide lymphangiography was performed in conjunction with routine contrast lymphangiography, and generally corroborated the findings of the latter procedure. Extravasation of fluid from abnormal lymphatics was well demonstrated by the radionuclide technique. The typical clinical and roentgenographic leatures of this rare disorder are discussed.
