This paper describes a method of OSS Interconnection between carrier which applied Web service technology through the Internet. Specifically, we examined the required framework for offering the service information which straddles two or more carriers to a user, and showed the prototype model while mentioning requirements required in order to solve the subject extraction and it in an operation domain.
