摘要

We have examined the microwave sensing system integrated with the superconductivity devices. The sensing system consists of an antenna, power divider as a directional coupler and a mixer. We have fabricated the antenna and the directional coupler by superconductor. We have designed and fabricated superconducting antenna with resonant frequency of 10.525GHz. And also have designed superconducting directional couple. We used the Schottky barrier diode as a mixer. These devices were integrated and whether it functioned as a sensor was checked. And we compared the superconducting sensor with the normal conduction sensor. We clarified the superiority of the superconductivity sensor.
