SUMMARYThe cognitive styles of reflection‐impulsivity, field‐dependence‐independence, and constricted‐flexible control were studied in 70 hyperactive adults and 42 matched controls as part of a follow‐up study. Results indicated that the hyperactive adults were more field‐dependent and more constricted than the controls.
