AbstractThe rate of disappearance of anti‐H‐2 antibodies from the surface of target cells varies in different cell types. It sharply increases in the presence of spleen cells,i.e. of cells which effect the antibody‐dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). Xenogeneic serum produces a stronger ADCC reaction than does aliogeneic serum, aid the antibodies of the former are lost by the target cells at a slower rate than those of the allogeneic serum.
