摘要

In this paper, we propose a new method to synthesize rapid single flux quantum (RSFQ) logic circuits. We propose to use a primitive logic cell called "2×2-Join" to make a two-input and two-output logic cell, which we call "2 × 2-AND/XOR." Our method starts with the initial circuits consisting of 2×2-AND/XORs, and optimizes them by using a transformation based heuristic method based on the Transduction Method. In our transformation method, we modify the original Transduction Method so that we can fully utilize the property of 2×2-AND/XORs. Our experimental results show that we can achieve 32.0 reduction on average from the initial circuits generated by SIS.
