摘要

Franck-Condon factors, Einstein coefficients, and band oscillator strengths have been calculated for the most prominent diatomic radiative transitions found in high-temperature CO2-N-2 gases and plasmas. A bibliographic review has allowed selecting the most up-to-date spectroscopic constants, which were used for rebuilding the electronic states potential curves through the Rydberg-Klein-Rees method. Vibrational wavefunctions have been determined for such potential curves and combined with the most up-to-date electronic transition moments found in the literature, in order to determine the transition radiative properties. The proposed set should provide an useful and accurate spectroscopic database for the determination of the radiative properties of CO2-N-2 gases and plasmas. (c) 2006 Elsevier Ltd.
