摘要

Etiolated seedlings of wheat cv. Moskovskaya-35 were treated with 1μM-5 mM 2-chloroethyltrimethylammonium chloride (CCh), 2-ethyltrimethylammonium chloride (Ch) or acetylcholine chloride (ACh) for 1.5 h, and then exposed to red (R) or far-red light(FR) for 7.5 min. Cholines and R stimulated the growth of the first leaf and its emergence from the coleoptile, and inhibited coleoptile growth. CCh, Ch and R stimulated greening and increased photosynthetic activity. Combined effects of R and cholineson growth and photomorphogenesis were greater than individual effects, whereas FR decreased the effect of cholines.
