Financial Arrangements for Energy Management Projects

This article explains the common financial arrangements available for energy management projects. First, a simple example will introduce the #x201C;basics#x201D; for the facility manager who is not fluent in finance. Each financial arrangement is then discussed in greater detail and applied to an energy management project. After reading this article, the facility manager should have a good understanding of the basic financial arrangements, and be able to speak the financier's language.
