A study on seamless and high speed road-vehicle communications system

摘要

This paper describes the possibility of Seamless and High Speed Road-Vehicle Communications System. The proposed system differs in design based on consideration of cooperation with Inter-Vehicle Communications and traffic signals from conventional systems. A simulator including protocol is build and used for performance evaluation. It is concluded that the proposed system can provide high rate communications in ordinary time, and can keep QoS fixed communications in traffic jam situations.
