In the direct-sequence spread spectrum communication system, the aperiodic autocorrelation function is expected to be sharp. A finite-length sequence whose aperiodic autocorrelation function has no sidelobes except at left and right shift ends can be called the shift-orthogonal finite-length Sequence because the original sequence and the shifted sequence are orthogonal. The sequence takes real values and is given by convolving element sequences of shorter length. If a sequence are calculated by computer or hardware, autocorrelation function is deteriorated because element sequences have approximate error. In this paper, we clarify the relation of approximate error for element sequences sod auto-correlation function.
