We have developed SPAC2000, the controller of electrostatic precipitators with pulse energization. Because of ability improvement of the controller, the signal processing of the past by hardware is replaced with one by software, so that it achieves high performance, high reliability and miniaturization. A touch panel is employed as an indication and operation unit, thus it makes stand-alone adjustment and operation easy. Moreover, a Factory Automation network interface is added in order to communicate with a master controller, as a result, it enables the input of many control variables and the output of detailed condition by using less wiring.
