Abdominal Abscess with Fistula Formation Demonstrated by Inhyphen;111 Labeled Leukocyte Scintigraphy

An abdominal abscess secondary to a necrotic sigmoid colon cancer developed a fistula connecting the ascending colon (cecum) and the urinary bladder. It was demonstrated on In-111 labeled mixed leukocyte scintigraphy and confirmed by surgery.
