Incidental Demonstration of Tchyphen;99m MDP Uptake in Gallstones

NA;A 51hyphen;year old female with a history of hyperparathyroidism and an ovarian mass underwent a Tchyphen;99m MDP bone scan for metastatic work up. Imaging results showed two small foci of increased activity in the right upper quadrant. Plain radiographs and ultrasound of the abdomen revealed two free floating gallstones.
