In this review article, we report our observation of quantum wave packets (vibrational wave packet and electron wave packet) with intense high harmonic light sources. The detail of experimental setup on attosecond nonlinear spectroscopy is described and the observations of vibrational wave packets in a deuterium molecule and a nitrogen molecule are presented. Furthermore, the observation of temporal evolution of electron wave packet in a nitrogen molecule exhibiting the periodic change of electronic states in attosecond temporal domain is presented. We also briefly discuss the future direction of molecular spectroscopy using attosecond pulses.
