Can We Find Applications in Multiple-Source Flows?

摘要

Presently, analysis of application traffic is performed at session layer where it is provided with the name of application, starting time, and a mount of exchanged traffic. This analysis, however, tells nothing about the way applications interact with traffic or what portion of traffic they occupy at any point of time. This paper provides flow-level analysis in attempt to detect application and user behaviour as well as provide real-time view of main traffic trends.
