The electrical conductivity of flash-evaporated InSexfilms was measured in the frequency range 103to 107Hz and in the temperature range 200 to 300 K. Studies of electrical properties of films grown from different stoichiometries of flash-source materials are reported in this work. The observed behaviour is described in terms of a simple hopping model. The temperature dependence of sigmaACcan be well explained by a correlated barrier hopping model. The density of localized states N(EF) is also estimated for these materials.
