Author according to ECAF publication reviews the harmful impacts and those consequences of traditional farming. Factors are typical in sugar-beet practice (inappropriate stubble tillage, soil organis material and water loss, soil compaction, mouldbo-ard ploughing impats, dust formation by soil preparation) and are harmful on soil and environment condition directly vs indirectly are also summarised. Solutions and practical possibilities are represented to the sugar-beet tillage systems' reform according to EU. Most ten important factors of the soil condition development are presented, such as mulching, organic materials decomposition, soil loosening crops growing sustaining a favourable water management, decreasing the traffics and soil disturbance, preventing the recompaction, developing the biological mellowing, using periodical loosening and deepening tillage. Factors and advantages of environment friendly management are also summarised.
