PurposeTo report ocular findings in a patient with cutis laxa acquisitaMethodsCase reportResultsA 44-year-old man complained of excessively loose skin for 4 years and had no family history of skin disease. Dermatological examination showed lax and wrinkled skin all over his body. He had bilateral subconjunctival fat prolapse and dermatochalasis.ConclusionsThis case of acquired form of cutis laxa is noteworthy because subconjunctival fat prolapse and dermatochalasis are uncommon at this relatively young age.
