摘要

In this paper, we present new classes of public key cryptosystem based on cyclic codes over F2, referred to as K(XV)SE(1)PKC and K(XVI)SE(1)PKC. We show that K(XV)SE(1)PKC and K(XVI)SE(1)PKC can be secure against the various attacks. It should be noted that the presented PKG's can be constructed not only on the conventional cyclic code over F_2 but also on the Reed-Solomon code over F_(2~8), a member of the class of cyclic code extensively used in the present day storage systems or the various digital transmission systems. A new non-linear transformation schemes that transform message variables using a table, K(I) and K(II) transformation presented in this paper, would yield a brand-new technique in the field of code-based PKC, for improving the security, as both transformations realize non-linear transformation.
