The physicomathemathical description and computer software were developed to predict the physicomechanical properties of filled elastomers and design their formulations ensuring the preset mechanical characteristics. The development of physicomathematical description methods in prediction of properties of filled elastomers is timely and necessary, because the set of rheological and mechanical characteristics determines both the elastomer processing parameters (viscosity of polymer suspensions, bulk shear stress) and the quality parameters (in particular, mechanical characteristics) of the ready items.
