The interference characteristics using adaptive array antenna on cellular systems

摘要

Introducing of adaptive array antenna is expected for increasing the customer capacity in cellular systems. We estimate the interference reduction effect using adaptive array antenna and steering beam antenna at the base station in W-CDMA cellular systems and clarify the relation between the number of antenna elements and the frequency efficiency.
