An Interesting appearance was produced on initial transplant evaluation with Tc-99m diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA). An area of abnormal activity was originally thought to represent a urine leak. However, it was subsequently proven to be residual function in the patient's native pelvic kidney.
