AbstractUsing a 188.5‐μl continuous‐flow dual probe1H{13C} spin‐echo difference spectra of rat liver perfusate were acquired. The conversion of 1−13Cethanol to 1−13C‐ acetaldehyde was readily monitored as a function of time.
