Fluorocarbons which have a high capacity to solubilize oxygen and C02have actually been very well studied, from the point of view of their physical properties and as blood substitutes. Concerning their chemical properties, and in particular their oxidation, we present here the results of ozonolysis of three derivaties of the type R-CH=CH-R:
