Typical data interpretation technique used in resistivity method includes a forward progress and a reverse progress. The forward calculation is very expensive while the reverse progress is unstable. Especially when dealt with the 3-Dimensional problems the method met a great difficulty both in achieving satisfied accuracy and in depressing the calculation at an acceptable cost. In this study, the problem of inefficiency rises because of our improper space concept is realized. By taking the physical essentiality into account, one possible solution is suggested that achieves the best calculation accuracy at a lest necessary sub-domain divisions by finding a one-to-one coordinate transformation between physical space and a computational space in which our equation takes the simplest form over the whole space.
