An assembler for #x3bc;P programming has been developed in BASIC language on an IBM PC. The programme accepts an assembly code file as input and produces an output file complete with address details and code conversion for review. Simultaneously another file is produced which can be directly down loaded into a EPROM programmer for subsequent storage on the EPROM. The assembler thus takes the sting out of machine language programming of #x3bc;P based systems.
