Changes to coke monthly index methodology

Argus is proposing to change the methodology for its monthly petroleum coke indexes. Under this proposal, Argus would terminate and replace existing monthly index assessments with monthly indexes calculated as the average of the corresponding weekly price assessments for each month. Argus would also publish the lowhigh range of weekly price assessments for the month.
