Use of Isotachophoresis for Identification of Pollen Allergens

摘要

A sensitive and practical method is described for identification of individual pollen allergens. Isotachophoretic patterns of allergen extracts suggest that it is possible to differentiate between various pollen allergens. Owing to the high sensitivity and short analysis time of isotachophoresis, new ways are made available for the analysis of allergen extracts and allergen raw materials.
