摘要

AbstractThe model of polymer combustion based on heat (at two points in the polymer surface and in the gas), fuel and oxygen balance in the gas was used for a description of heat relese rate‐time curve observed in Cone Calorimeter measurements. It was shown that for the proper set of parameters, which were taken either form the Literature data or by a trial‐and‐error approach, a relatively good agreement with experimental heat release rate‐time curves may be obtained. The changes of various parameters of the model leading to different limiting oxygen indices as well as to different heat release rate‐time curves are
