This paper discusses the structure of the operating error of a system consisting of the scientific apparatus of the Space Solar Patrol, a solar-oriented platform (SOP) and a spaceship (Opt. Zh. 65, No. 12, 124 (1998) J. Opt. Technol. 65, 1054 0998)). A detailed analysis is given of the kinematic and dynamic components of the accuracy of the SOP, and the factors that affect them are considered by means of system analysis. The results of a prediction of the accuracy characteristics of the guidance and stabilization of the SOP are presented for the main regimes of its functioning in orbit around the earth as part of all unmanned spacecraft.
