Unusual Findings in201TI-Myocardium Scintigraphycolon; The ldquo;Hot Heartrdquo; Sign

A case is presented in which right ventricular hypertrophy resulted in an ECG study suggestive of myocardial infarction and201Tl-myocardial imaging with unexpectedly high count rates and a confusing morphology. Once the anomaly in the anatomical presentation was understood, the case was easily resolved.
